Refund Policy for DIY Bag Charms
1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
If the received DIY bag charm has factory defects like broken accessories, faded printed patterns or missing matching parts, you can apply for a full refund free of return shipping within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Please attach clear photos or short videos of defective items when submitting your request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:
• Damages caused by improper self-assembly, drops, scratches or long-term wear after you start DIY assembly;
• Changed personal preferences, mistaken orders placed by customers, or incomplete accessory packages lost by buyers;
• Customized styles made according to your exclusive requirements.
